Matthew is the 4CDA Analytics Lead, with over 5-years professional services experience, managing and delivering analytics projects across a variety of industries with a strong focus on asset intensive organisations, including mining and utilities. He has a fundamentally quantitative background with experience in the application of machine learning and statistical techniques and is highly proficient at developing data pipelines for analytically enabled applications.

Uros is the Lead Developer at 4CDA and has in excess of 5-years professional services experience with big 4 consulting, delivering custom software applications for various enterprise clients nationally, with a focus on Energy and Resources. Uros is skilled in developing custom applications that interact with operational data sources, UX design, cloud administration and technical solution design.

As the Head of Industrial Analytics at 4CDA Ash focuses on the design, management and execution of projects for clients in the mining, oil & gas and manufacturing sectors. Ash has 12 years' experience in Oil and Gas prior to moving into data analytics at the start of 2020.
